Golden Adventure Greek Islands cruise starts at Piraeus (Athens) port. Embarkation starts at 13:00. Our cruise ship will leave the port of Piraeus at 15:00 for 8 full days of fun and experiences. We go along the Athens Riviera in the Saronic Gulf to the south end of Attica passing close to the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounion. This afternoon is a good opportunity to get around and know your ship and the services we provide.

Around 10:00 am, we will arrive at the port of Thessaloniki. The thick Byzantine walls that protect Thessaloniki give a transition to an attractive mix of architectural landscapes with winding cobbled streets. The lined avenues of palm trees house glamorous shops and r gourmet restaurants. The historic streets feature taverns traditional and ouzeria to satisfy everyone’s palate. Beautiful churches appear on every corner, the markets in season selling colourful local products and places in Aristotelous Square, where you can sit with homemade ice cream and watch the world go by.

Kusadasi is a resort town on the Aegean coast of Turkey. In ancient times settlers included the Aeolians in the 11th century BC and the Ionians in the 9th century who made Kusadasi a centre of art and culture. In the early years of Christianity. Saint John the Evangelist and (according to the sacred Catholic tradition) Mary (mother of Jesus), both came to live in the area.
With the optional excursion, you have the opportunity to visit Ephesus, an ancient Greek city and later an important Roman city, on the coast of Ionia. The city was famous for the Temple of Artemis (completed around 550 BC), one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
You can also visit the House of the Virgin Mary, which was claimed to have been the last house of the Virgin Mary, based on the visions of Sister Anne Catherine Emmerich. It is a popular Catholic pilgrimage site that has been visited by the last three Popes.
In the morning we arrive at the port of Heraklion in Crete at about 08:00 hours. Archaeological treasures, magnificent ruins and museums, splendid beaches and fabulous restaurants make Crete a complete vacation spot.
With the included tour, you will visit the ruins and Palace of Knossos, which in the Minoan era was the largest population centre in Crete and are located nearby or the Archaeological Museum of the city, one of the largest museums in Greece and the best in the world for Minoan art as it contains the most remarkable and comprehensive collection of artefacts from the Minoan civilization of Crete.

We will spend the whole day in Santorini, one of the jewels of the small volcanic archipelagos’ five islands is undoubtedly Santorini. Santorini was created due to a volcanic eruption that culminated in the explosion of a volcano caldera, therefore, its rugged landscapes are dotted with huge cliffs.
Santorini’s capital, Fira, with white-washed houses, narrow streets and open air cafes that cling to a cliff, is at the top of the beautiful island where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the bay. Discover Santorini villages that retain their authenticity, with beautiful blue and white buildings and barren volcanic rocks. It is a very fascinating and picturesque island. A magical place that has nothing to do with the rest of the Greek islands, a place to spread the peaceful and hospitable nature of its people.

In the morning we arrive in Mykonos to enjoy the sun, the sea and the beauties of this unique island.
Mykonos is known around the world as the Ibiza of the Aegean, the most popular destination in the Mediterranean. An international jet set known for its beautiful sandy beaches, hundreds of tiny white chapels, and incredible nightlife. Stroll through the streets of the capital are considered the most beautiful of the Greek islands and enjoy the great nightlife. It’s easy to get lost in its maze of bright white walls dotted with blue domes and flower-filled windows and balconies. Have a coffee or a cocktail in one of the famous bars and promise to come back for a longer stay and more experiences.
Don’t miss a visit to the Delos sanctuary in honour of the Greek god Apollo, which can be reached after a delightful boat ride.
Return to the ship and depart at 02:00 a.m. Night on board.
At about 08:00 AM arrive in Milos, time to explore the capital, Plaka, 2,000-year-old catacombs
or simply sunbathe on the flat rocks of the stunning Sarakiniko beach. The true beauty of this beautiful island is found in its impressive landscapes, rock formations sculpted by the wind and the sea, soft sand beaches, secluded coves and clear crystal clear aquamarine. The island is recognized worldwide by the Venus de Milo (Currently in the Louvre). Departure at 7:00 p.m.
